Refund and Returns Policy

I want you to be happy with what you receive from D-Tales Art & Tattoo. If something isn’t quite right, I’ll do my best to make it right.

What can be returned

Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and shipped back in its original packaging.

Products I offer

  • Prints & Original Illustrations — created, packaged, and shipped directly by me.

  • T-Shirts & Apparel — fulfilled by Printful. Apparel returns follow Printful’s guidelines, but I’ll help guide you through the process.

Starting a return

Before sending anything back, please contact me so I can confirm the correct return address and help set everything up. I’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds may apply if…

  • An item comes back in noticeably used condition

  • An item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not related to shipping or my own error

  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery

Refund process

Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I’ll email you to let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved, I’ll issue the refund to your original method of payment. Processing time varies depending on your bank or card provider.

If your refund hasn’t shown up

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank (refund posting can take extra time)

If you’ve gone through all of that and still don’t see the refund, please email me at dan@dtalesartandtattoo.com.

Sale items

Sale and discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

I replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.

For Printful apparel, I can also guide you through their exchange process.

Shipping your return

Send me an email at dan@dtalesartandtattoo.com to coordinate your return.

A few things:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • For higher-value items, I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, since I can’t guarantee receipt otherwise
